It was given away to the first 200 people who played multiplayer, but in order to get it legit, unlock every single challenge, which is in dept unfininite impossible (:

yeah what bollocks iw joe does not work for iw if he did he would not use the account iw joe on live it would be on partnernet or he would be using a temp name like the rest do
and no iw employee would mod there score to 400 000 and 402 already said there is nobody at iw with that name

Ive only just seen in the 10th emblem in the multiplayer clip. Must be wired why make a emblem when you cant unlock it.
