Zekrom wrote Hey man I am after some new gaming headphones and I was hoping to get some kind of idea of which to buy, People say YH Astro are the best but they're a bit over priced. ,y budget will be 100 pounds to 150 pounds. I did look at some senheiser ones but I think I was looking at the wrong ones. Xbox btw.
The Audio Technica AD700 paired with a Zalman ZM-1 will thrash any "gaming" headset on the market. Only trouble is that they both use 3.5 mm jacks. Tell me if you have issues getting this to work with an Xbox.

Budget: Anything from $40 - $380
Music preference: 95% Bass-Heavy rap/5% dubstep
Type / form factor and portability: In Ear or Over ear (Read additional info), and yes portable (again read additional info).
Open/Closed (Not for in-ear): Since I listen to Bass-heavy, I would prefer Closed.
Source(s): iPod, Desktop, and Laptop
Additional Info: I want to also be able to use these headphones for working out and would prefer to be waterproof/sweatproof. But I will also be using it for recreational use on my desktop.
Thanks in advance. And act like I DO NOT care about my money range, its my birthday coming up
