A Zombie is a corpse that has been brought back to life. This specific person wasn't brought back to life. So no, he wasn't a zombie.

Most LSD effects, are as stated:
-Increased blood pressure and heart rate
-Dizziness
-Loss of appetite (so its obviously not LSD)
-Dry mouth
-Sweating
-Nausea
-Numbness
-Tremors
There are few more effects to LSD, but you get the point.

Effects of Bath Salts, are as stated:
-Severe Agitated Behavior
-Paranoia
-Chest Pain
-Suicidal
-Increase Pulse
And more effects.

So as of now, Bath Salts seems like our best bet honestly. But there could be other strains of drugs out there that caused this effect. We obviously know its not zombies, so people need to stfu about that. But really, its not that far from the concept.

I know this is a wall of text, but really, all we can conclude is that there is some sort of unknown strain of drug out there that is causing really weird behavior. There are multiple cases of people "on drugs" becoming cannibals. So whatever it is, it may not be a Zombie Apocalypse, but we may be looking at Cannibalism, which honestly isn't that far off from what a real Zombie is. But seriously. Who the **** cares. This isn't Hollywood. This is real life. If an outbreak does occur, there is no way they will overrun our Military.
