I know "go ask your recruiter" - I would but each recruiter from each branch wants you to join them so they will lure you into with what I want to hear. So I am asking you guys, what do you think I should join? Either; Marines (I dont want to hear "only men join marines" bc thats not true.) , Navy , or Airforce.

For Intelligence, did you have to jump out of a plane or do anything with heights? I am fine with flying in planes and such, but jumping... Idk

What i had to go through was a Training called SERE idk if your familiar with that but it is a survival camp and its a camp and its to train your for things like if a plane goes down and you have to survive you go through interegations where they hit you and stuff like that but in the end its not all that bad

Like most people said the choice is yours. I can tell you that the main travelers are airforce and mainly navy. You can travel with army or marines not too many exotic places too choose from.
Be careful on your decision some recruiters will lie to you in any aspect that they can so you may enlist.
Im in the Marine Corp DEP Right now just waiting to leave to boot. I Enlisted back in February and been in the dep for 5 months now im almost leaving soon. Anywho like i said be careful with recruiters remember it is your life/career that's in jeopardy . the first time i met with my recruiter i told him "with all due respect sir, i know how recruiters can be i know they lie but i want you to be honest to me and let me know what im getting into. Your recruiter helps you out alot so give them your all.

yea i definitaly am this is one thing i hate about fighting for this country is that we give little fat fu***rs like you freedom to roam around and do what you want?

First off, I'm 16 and my dad is in the military. He joined and went to armor. He is know coming up on his 20th year and his rank is a Major. If you want family, I know from first hand experience that the military is one of the toughest jobs in the world. My dad has been deployed 4 times and it is hard. The military has shaped my way of life and i have been a military brat for my whole life. So, when i'm done with high school, I'll go to college and probably enlist as an officer in the infantry. I would never join the marines. This is my opinion but they all just seem like a bunch of jack asses. People say the Navy is for homosexuals but they did kill Osama so they are pretty cool. Air force would probably be the hardest if you actually wanted to fly aircraft. There are so many different jobs the military its hard to choose. Give it some thought.

Well im goin Airforce next year,because the benefits of the airforce, you have shorter tours ( 6 months )
and Your most likey to serve about maybe 4-5 years until you go on your first tour.

I know this because my older bro is in the airforce.
But imma make this a career.


So id suggest the airforce.


and p.s if you like flying you should go to collage and get a degree to become a pilot, im going to that after maybe 4 years as enlisted, then im going to to collage, to become a pilot, Gotta love them C-17 GlobeMatsers eh? lol

Like above post it depends on what you wanna do! i left and joined the core after high school and am now 26, i love what i do! im a 0311 which is a rifleman and am currently and qualified sniper..with the marine core and an mos like mine their are lots of deployments..im a veteran of oif (operation iraqi freedom) and oef (operation enduring freedom), if your still undecided about which branch or what mos i would go reserve for now..theirs not much i can say here without sounding like your recruiter, so ill just keep it simple..if you have any questions or anything just send me a pm and ill be glad to try and answer or clear them up for you! dude im only 14 but when i become of age i joining the marines cause its family tradition
and i personally think its the best branch of the armed forces
BUT man it is totaly up to u
u will be helping our country so it dosnt matter
