What is a GMA graphics card ?
Will that have good quality on minecraft ?

Don't bother buying pre-built PC's, they limit you in the future, are overpriced and don't even list all the parts and manufacturers. If you want a decent PC then build one yourself.

That's basically the same specs as mine and I run it pretty well.

I'd recommend downloading Optifine though...

Optifine will let you adjust more than what minecraft lets you.

You will run at 60FPS at medium settings because my bro has basically the same PC, but you will get horrible lag spikes every 2-3 seconds entering a new part of the world.
