Wow I was about to buy from this guy until I saw your comments.

I am not trying to ruin his shop its just if someone pays for something then just give him what he paid for simple as that. We decided to just cancel the transaction but he hasn't refunded for two days now. I know he is busy but if he is so busy they why take my money instead of saying no. But its all good I am covered with my bank so if anything goes wrong I can assure you he will be taken care of because fraud is taken seriously when it comes to banks.

I recommend for everyone not to buy from this user he is a scammer and I have proof if needed. I have already contacted my bank and they are dealing with the issue. They will contact authorities as this is fraud and I was told that I will receive my money back.

They wont contact authorities, if you want to pursue actions against him then you will have to go about it yourself and contact whoever is neccessary the bank wont do anything besides chargeback the payment to the sellers, and the seller has the right to provide proof of delivery and reclaim those funds.

Rather then trashing someones thread why dont you just go file your chargeback and be done with it. I dont know about you but all the transactions ive done with him have gone down perfectly without a insident.
