sorry if somebody has posted this but wont this mean that you could also be using current xbox 360 KVs running on a legit console atm as most people know a shared KV is when a a kv is used on more than one xbox but if some1 has got the KV from a existing console some1 was playing onn they could be banned for no reason as some1 had used their KV by doing this method of selecting a random serial number ETC

why would it start if you go online? your not breaking any rules. The second you start XeXMenu, then it's obvious you own a jtag.

Try it, stay on the dashboard and do nothing, you wont get banned.
