I mean yeah it is sad. I probably would have done the same thing. Even though I have four dogs, if one of them charges at me in a threating way, I would try and defend myself. Sure, he could have gone about it better by not shooting the dog at all. Maybe even shooting next to the dog to scare him off or something. Honestly though, whats done is done, move on. Can't change the past.

Then, I would have tended to the homeless man hanging halfway out in the street having a seizure.People are really to sensitive nowadays crying over a dog that was shot trying to attack a officer of the law trying to assist a homeless person. You eat meat don't you? You should see some of the stuff they do in slaughter houses.
