It's not the exact same but yeah i do believe it should go above the licence transfer stuff.

You might want to clarify a few things.

AWP - One hit kill above the waist only.

M4A4 - Not very powerful unless you aim for the head, then it's a 2-shot kill.

XM1014 - Weaker than the Nova, in both the damage and amount of bullets area. The semi-auto feature tends to make your bullets spread more, as well, decreasing overall accuracy if you spray with it.
