You could get the ASRock Extreme4, as long as you can afford it. If money does become an issue I'd get an H61 board.

What about the $99.99 windows 7 home premium is that goo enough cause my friend said I need a $200 windows because he said that the cheaper ones won't open as many windows or allow you to have many open windows

Nah, fortunately he's wrong. The more expensive versions don't add features 99% of people would ever use.
