I have 11m to spend, i don't want to make a massive loss, maybe 6m loss?
any ideas? i don't want to spend longer than 3 weeks? i do around 30 hours a week =)

Getting99 Fire making, then doing cooking and wc bit by bit, if i some how manage to get enough money 20m+ ill get 99 magic and make proffit from high alcs, then buy 99 range =)

You really can't get a 99 with 11m and only lose 6m unless its fletching which you already have done, i would start on some new skills like fishing or hunter and get more money then once you get atleast 20m spend it on 99 ranging (its worth it).

If I was you, I would get 99 Range since that's the only other skill you have in the 90's.

Cooking is profit and i can get 100k xp/h fire making is only 4m loss, and say if i do cooking first? maybe not a loss at all if i use cooking profits, and i might flip while doing that so i have some cash for 99 range =)
