Wasn't DaVinci homosexual and he had a young male assistant? Could be him?

No idea. :/ Did he want to keep it a secret because that could explain why the face is hidden.

Well, some experts think that the actual Mona Lisa is the boy: Gian Giacomo Caprotti or 'Salai' as Da Vinci knew him.

But, if it is in fact Lisa Gheradini, maybe he just wanted to include Salai in the pictures.
You should use the same filter on his other paintings.
Maybe you will find this is a re-occurrence?
