Gears as a gaming community. Yes. I say this because when Gears 3 was released a lot of veteran players ended up quitting because of the retro and sawed. Even I did for awhile. It's really aggravating to get retro'd. The loss of Cliffy and Rod, I don't see them being all that of a big deal.

There will always be the core Gears like myself and a few others around this forum. I'll stay with gears until it dies, I'm sticking through GoW3's crap so bring it on gowj.

the youtube community is somewhat alive, all these teams are helping/hurting the community, but GoWJ will up the youtube community for a bit. Let's just hope gowj isn't the last gears.

Do you see gears lasting 10 more years? At this point Im unsure and that's a sad statement towards gears.

Agreed im staying with gears until Im the last player left lol. I agree the youtube community is better than in gow 2 at least.

TBH...Nope. It's an amazing series. I just wish people would take the time to get better at it. If people did take the time to learn tactics this game would last so much longer as a series.

All though, if GoWJ is really bad, consider GoW dead.

Gears just can't take another gow2. if gowj flops, gow will lose a lot of fans.

In my friends list no one even plays it. And it gets boring just playing solo all day..
I'm sure they will make a new GoW someday.
