Doesn't matter the warning of the ban is what decides if you get console banned or account banned

If your accounts been perma banned more than 3 times normally they console ban..

Does that mean that they cant tell whether i had like 2 accounts perm banned on my xbox ? so i can just keep getting them banned?

Depends what the warning is for. If your constantly being banned well then they will look into it and then a console ban will probably be issued

They will know what accounts that have been on the xbox.

The XBLPET do not ban consoles based on how many accounts you have been banned on
To get console banned you must have did Ether of these

Taper inside the Xbox
Trying to fix your console
Modded folder on you Console ( XEX Menu )

i got banned for account theft. cuz both of the accounts had 15th on bops , 20th mw3 , 10th mw2.and i was trying to sell both of the accounts.and when i got banned in the email it said something like account theft.

Every xbox has a KV wich is held on a ms server and when the kv has the limit reached i gt console banned from modding 3 accounts(permabanned)
