I was about to point this out. People shouldn't try to build their own computers without sufficient knowledge. Eventually someone's gonna be wondering why their CPU won't fit when they try to build!

A few things. First and formost, memory never needs to be any more than 8 Gb. Get the Samsung 4Gb x 2 sticks.

After that, the Intel i5-2500K is really not much different from the 3570K. I would recommend swapping those.

One last piece of advice would be to use Newegg . com. They really do have the best prices around.
