As the title say m Xbox controller gets disconnected... I was playing the a game and then it just disconnects and it takes me around 5 min to start i agaion ehm I could not start the xbox with the controller today so it took me around 10 min to connect it Any ideas?

You'll probably have to get a new controller or see if another plug and charge kit will work.

I got 2 controllers and same problem and the oen I am currently using I bought like 1 year ago... I think it is something in my xbox

I take it you've done the pairing thing where you press the button on the xbox and on the back of your controller?

Could just be that your battery pack is loose? Try pushing it in. Or take it out and put it back in.
