Why do people say should i get the gaming edition pvr or the normal pvr, drives me mad... 720P AND 1080P LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME ON XBOX SO ITS NOT GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE WHAT PVR YOU GET, THE BEST PART OFF ALL I BET THEY DON'T EVEN GET ONE,

People recommend the gaming edition because it has no frame lag as the console passes through the pvr and back to the tv.

Well when I had one in 2010 I had no frame lag, its most likely they are rocking a pentium and 256mb ram

Gaming edition records a higher resolution, it's smaller, it uses HDMI, and absolutely zero lag pass-through. Hell, #2 is even CHEAPER. The only reason you should buy the first one is if you don't have an HDMI slot.

You are so very wrong sir. The HD PVR 2 Gaming Edition is alot smaller, HDMI, 1080p and comes with every single cable needed to get it running right out of the box. 1080p has a HUGE difference from 720p.

Who cares what the device looks like, its what it does.... There is NO difference between 720p and 1080p on xbox, if there is no is your chance to prove me wrong
