You'll get banned of course,remember the MW2 ban? Millions got banned,yes millions as for sueing Microsoft for banning you,good luck with that after agreeing to the terms for playing online.Some people,seriously playing online with an illegal copy 8 days early and your gonna "sue" Microsoft if they ban you ... i'd like to see that
