im on 16197 and i download BO2 from Xbox360ISO and when i unload dashlaunch and press on launch, my BO2 folder will not pop up, just my 0000000000000000 folder.

Any help?

I'm not so sure i understand your problem, are you saying when you start the file and the main menu pops up when you click to get through all the start-up videos it restarts all the start-up videos, and does this over and over again?

try loading default.xex from dashlaunch, not default_mp.xex;
Other people have stated that they have problems switching between SP/MP/Zombies, but with dash 16 and 3.03 i don't have these problems, however it may have nothing to do with the dash

Well I'm on a Jasper RGH with kernal 149699 and dashlaunch 3.02 and it works fine after dashlaunch is unloaded.
My point being you don't have to update kernal ;)
