Yeah... I sometimes eat 1 meal a day and I feel like shet. But are you my friend on Skype? I have a friend with the same name... Lol.

lifting builds muscle witch weights more than fat so don't do that.
you don't need to cut down on what you eat, just perhaps add some more salad in there or have a apple instead of a chocolate bar if you do that.
you most probs have a high metabolism like me
all you need to do is exercise more, jog twice a day and if you cant manage that go for a long walk, swimming is the best tho if you can get to a pool for a hour or so
