I need to drop about 15 lbs. I don't eat a lot (Waffle for breakfest, bagel for lunch, and something small for dinner) I have around 3 waters a day. If I feel tired I will have a glass of like sprite or something. I am 15 years old and 5'10 and I weigh 190... I need to way 175 for some stuff. And I was wondering... Should I eat like 1 or 2 meals a day? Exercise more? Or what? I am a horrible runner. My childhood was ruined from broken ankles from BMX and messing around in sports. I can lift good (2 Reps of 205lbs). I usually play basketball for like 30mins and after I lift for 20mins. But I don't see any weight being lost. I have to drop it within 2 months. Should I cut eating? Should I eat proteins only? Best method gets +REP! Thanks!

Well first off stop lifting so much as you are gaining more and more muscle.Lift maybe twice a week and get more cardio in.Eat balanced and try finding stuff that consists of mostly protein.

That makes sense. If I lift Tuesday and Thursday and do some running Monday-Friday and eat more protein I think that would work!

Exactly man because although muscle burns fat it also weighs more than fat so when you lift a lot you are gaining weight.Take it down a notch and fit in some other things like sit ups.[/align]

Running will help. Same with a low carb diet. If you keep lifting, you will be gaining weight in Muscle, not fat.

But running daily (3+ miles) Keeps you in shape and healthy.

Also drink up to 5-8 bottles of water a day

If you go out with your friends, you will burn some stuff off but if your sitting in the house don't eat as much if your just sitting around all day

Don't stop eating! Your body will gain weight if you eat less.

Eat a small breakfast and drink water the rest of the day, only eating an apple or so. That's what I did in 10th grade when I got a few extra pounds. You will get frequent headaches during that time though.
