A nuke is deadly, wipe out a whole country if they wanted to. I doubt there is anything more dangerous than this but if there was we would never know about it.

i dont think the army/government would let us know about anything stronger than a nuke if there is such a thing but can it really wipe out a country, can it go out that far

One nuke alone can't destroy a whole country unless it is a really small country. The amount of energy (Yield) from the nuke wouldn't reach that far. The Hiroshima nuke or "Little Boy" had a blast of about 12,500 tons of TNT and that reached about 8000 feet but the radiation affect and shock wave affect went onto about 26,000 feet. Now Russia and America both have a nuke called Thermonuclear Fusion Bombs which is supposed to have 100 million tons of TNT. The blast radius that would burn someone to ashes is about 10 miles but the radiation affect on people and the environment would be around 25-50 miles and would be fatal for around the next 3 days possible even longer in the dead center of where the explosion happened. But the radiation could get spread around for about a month from the wind possibly getting to other states/countries and poisoning people there. It would take multiple bombs to destroy a country as in everything is reduced to rubble but only a few to kill off a country from radiation means.
