Hey guy's I am making this post today to show you guys how to add virtual memory to your iDevice. What this does is if you have a jailbroken iDevice it makes it run smoother without the LAG.

1. Open Cydia
2. Go to the manage tab
3. Click Sources
4. Click Edit (Top Right)
5. Click add (Top Left)
6. Add [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
7. Click add source
8. Go to the search tab
9. Search iMemory Enhancer
10. Install iMemory Enhancer
These Following steps are for people who do not already have SBSettings
11. Search SBSettings/Install SBSettings
12. Once SBSettings is installed you should be able to slide your finger across the top of the screen where the time is located and a menu should drop.
13. Once you have installed SBSettings and iMemory Enhancer turn your phone off and turn it back on.
14. Bring up your SBSettings
15. Click Processes
16. Click FREE UP MEMORY
17. This should take about 5-10 Seconds one the free up memu is gone it your phone or ipod will be unresponsive for about another 30-45 seconds this is normal.
18. Your Done
19. Enjoy your faster iDevice.

Thanks Guys!
Hope this help's you Guys!Sure helped me!

Here is a quick video showing you how to do this. Sorry that there is no voice but my camera is not very good.

There is already a free up memory tool in sbsettings. It's called processes. You select processes in sbs the you can free can free up memory. So there is no need to install memory enhancer.

Processes only free's up your memory temporarily with the memory that you phone has. Memory Enhancer not only frees up your memory but it adds virtual memory to your phone which reduces your Lag.

Why I tried this my ipod froze up when restarting and I had to restore my ipod. BUT, it may have been from other problems as it was running really slow anyways so I don't know, try if you want.

After you click on free up memory your ipod is unresponsive for about 30-45 seconds after sometimes maybe a little bit longer. it happened to me the first time when I tried this.
