What kind of gaming will you be doing? Steam? Other form etc...? Because a 250GB HDD will run out quicker than you may imagine. I would recommend upgrading to a 500GbB for just a little more, it will come in handy in the long run.

The case, PSU, and hard drive are bad choices. Particularly the PSU, I wouldn't put it near anything I cherish. Here's what I came up with for $450:

There are two promo codes that will get you $18 off the total as well.

$10 less for half the capacity and a drive, a very limited warranty, and plenty of wear already on it? No, the drive is a terrible buy.

The PSU and case are terrible and Dynex-labeled units are trash. I recommend you replace your PSU ASAP.

you're right with the hard drive. and a case dosent really make any difference. now the psu is just fine 500w at 25 amps on the 12 volt line. ive owned plenty of dynex brand stuff and it all works flawlessly.

It's unlikely the unit can deliver anything close to what it's rated for.

These were terrible five years ago.

Also, the Logisys unit you recommended in your post is garbage. This is the kind of unit you'll find bearing the Logisys logo.

You need to do some research and inform yourself before you recommend trash like this.
