Some lines are like 00000001 or 00000000.

Those translate to nothing in binary, they're invalid. Translators don't deal with those because they're useless.

It's definitely not a translator task.

The first thing I did was separate all the 8 character long codes that have a definite value.

Those are all the normal letters in the binary.

I found all the 5s and 1s. Too lazy to attempt converting them... As a lot of them I am unable to make out.

I don't have time to do this but binary is divisible by 8. Each line you see in the picture is 16 long. Someone try dividing the binary in a larger form like 24, 32, excreta.
