Something else about that binary.
Some lines are like 00000001 or 00000000.
Those translate to nothing in binary, they're invalid. Translators don't deal with those because they're useless.
It's definitely not a translator task.

I don't have time to do this but binary is divisible by 8. Each line you see in the picture is 16 long. Someone try dividing the binary in a larger form like 24, 32, excreta.
I don't know if this gets you the same answer or if this gives you a different.
