If I remember correctly you can mod it where it says a higher percentage but it doesn't actually make a difference in the game. I'm not sure because I really don't use modded equipment but I know it's not possible in the sense that it actually doesn't do anything.

If you could put the +5% rare loot drop wouldn't the only way to make it go higher would be to copy and past it into all of the tabs possible and maybe it will add together??? any thoughts?? and if someone could try this and respond whether it works or not? Im interested myself! Thanks!
