try going to device manager > disable adapters > and enable your graphics card

Is your card over clocked? Do you have a dedicated gpu or integrated gpu, are you on latest drivers?

When I changed computers there wasn't an issue. I thought it was the graphics card, but I changed it and still got the same problem!
