try going to device manager > disable adapters > and enable your graphics card

Either your graphics card is turned of or you f****d up your screen, did you drop it?

Is your card over clocked? Do you have a dedicated gpu or integrated gpu, are you on latest drivers?
When does this occur? Please give us some more information.

You probably somehow turned your graphics card off

When I changed computers there wasn't an issue. I thought it was the graphics card, but I changed it and still got the same problem!

you try with just the onboard card ? you can check your system logs to see if the failure was detected by the system.
