Okay for one, I am an intern at Epic Games in North Carolina and you can ban people from specific games. Ever heard of Gears of War or Halo dumbshit? You are playing on their servers and they can ban you from them. ISO modding is in no way against the XBL terms of service unless you are using a flashed disk drive to play them because you are no violating any of microsoft's policies by modififying in-game content for your own entertainment(go read Section 9: Paragraph 17 of their "Terms of Service"). Anything else your smartass would like to blurt out so I can put you to shame?

No, Rockstar are not "Planning" to ban people but if they see people using mods i.e freezing games and all that they may take action but i really doubt it.

Yes. i am II Mickeyb HD. I do not see how this has anything to do with our conversation. Yeah i'm sure you got banned off Se7ensins to.
