I consider myself an avid body builder. I'm 18 years old and 148 lbs. My bench is 190 and my Deadlift is 460. I was wanting to get opinions from some people, seeing if my maxes are good or not. Thanks

I don't know if this counts, But I go to a Alternative High School and we can pretty much do whatever we want. So for breakfast time 15min and lunch time 30min I go to the weigh room and lift. Now I cant lift much having a very small body type but I do lift on a regular basis.

Im 18, Can't lift that much (Around 90 benching). So I would think 190 would be pretty good. Note I am only around 110 lbs

I run everyday after work on my tedmill.

7.8 MPh for 60minutes straight. 30 Second intervals avery 20 Minutes.


Been doing this recently as my mates took piss that i was getting fat.

Now running and going to the gym is sort of addicting.

Anyone else think this.
