USSR wrotePanchzRGG wroteUSSR wrote I don't know how the UK laws are but in the US my brother was hanging out with his friends and this 20 or 30 year old comes up to my brother and smashes a bottle on his head and threatens to beat the **** outta him, then my brother turned around at punched him square in the face knocking him out. Well my brother went to jail for 9 months for aggravated assault even though he didn't use anything like the other guy. His friends testified what happened and he still went to jail.
If your friends can testify you should be on the safe side. Also if his dad is making violent threats to you, you can press charges on him. If you can get more witnesses or even if the club owner if he saw what happened then the odds are more and likely in your favor.
i don't mean this in a bad way, but with the prison programs for the us it's ******** for what you go to prison for over there,oh i got witnesses from when his dad came up to my face and literally say you best watch your back your dead when your on your own..yet i walked over to him and my brother and two boy's i know from the army had to pin me down because iv had so much anger witch have boiled up for months i felt sorry for the wall if im honest but the wall **** up my hand's

That right there is where he can get in trouble. Believe it or not that classifies as a terrorist threat, because he is basically saying he will try to do harm to you when your seen with him.
As for the people holding you back that was smart. Even though he made the threat but he didn't do anything, from my knowledge you would have probably got in trouble or made the situation worse. If he does press charges or anything have your witnesses say what happened and explain it.
so either way i would just win the court case if it goes that far but i hope not because the army will **** me over :/,but also when i came home i received this message on facebook.. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] so isnt this also proof?

Roux wrotePanchzRGG wroteRoux wrote I'm from the UK and I suggest going to the police. You don't want to be watching your back every time you go out, or hang out with your friends. I imagine the police will put you under there crime protection program or whatever it's called.
You Welshmen are intimidating as f*ck! I'm from England, and when I visited Wales, it was fair to say, me and a few friends didn't get the warmest of welcome's.
i can handle my self nearly two year's in the army i think im alright;),iv never heard of the crime protection program :|,i am a welshman indeed where not that bad just get the odd ignorant person now and again, but when it's rugby banter then it's the whole of wales xD
Well, it wasn't rugby banter, it was football banter! Last year, I went to an Swansea vs. Arsenal game. I think it was only a bit of fun, but still very intimidating!
Yeah, anyway, if you're worried about these guys, just go to the police. If you can think you can handle them, then don't bother.
i actually support swansea o.o,and i personally know aaron ramsey and his family from rugby with penallta :O,it's not im scared it's im worried his brother is a frigging psycho ,not long until he's back in prison but i also have his family member's from england yess england coming down threatening me, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Still a threat another thing that can be used against him. I'm not to sure if this will affect you in the army but I don't see why it would especially since you where standing up and defending your self. The only way I would see this messing anything up for you in the army is if you started everything, beat everyone up and made the threats. As for the court case you have the witnesses for what happened, witnesses that heard him say what he said, and the Facebook message of him threatening you. You have some good evidence against him. Another thing is if you can ask if the club owner seen what happened when this first went down too see if he will give more insight on what happened.
