i don't mean this in a bad way, but with the prison programs for the us it's ******** for what you go to prison for over there,oh i got witnesses from when his dad came up to my face and literally say you best watch your back your dead when your on your own..yet i walked over to him and my brother and two boy's i know from the army had to pin me down because iv had so much anger witch have boiled up for months i felt sorry for the wall if im honest but the wall **** up my hand's

That right there is where he can get in trouble. Believe it or not that classifies as a terrorist threat, because he is basically saying he will try to do harm to you when your seen with him.

As for the people holding you back that was smart. Even though he made the threat but he didn't do anything,from my knowledge you would have probably got in trouble or made the situation worse. If he does press charges or anything have your witnesses say what happened and explain it.

Well, it wasn't rugby banter, it was football banter! Last year, I went to an Swansea vs. Arsenal game. I think it was only a bit of fun, but still very intimidating!

Yeah, anyway, if you're worried about these guys, just go to the police. If you can think you can handle them, then don't bother.

I'm not to sure if this will affect you in the army but I don't see why it would especially since you where standing up and defending your self. The only way I would see this messing anything up for you in the army is if you started everything, beat everyone up and made the threats. As for the court case you have the witnesses for what happened, witnesses that heard him say what he said, and the Facebook message of him threatening you. You have some good evidence against him. Another thing is if you can ask if the club owner seen what happened when this first went down too see if he will give more insight on what happened.

military police will be informed straight away and i might get away in civilian street i'll have to go into army prison just for fighting on public places it's bullshit and i'll be smashed with a fine,i might go back down the club tomorrow and ask but seriously iv got people mouthing me off yet they don't know the story but i literally gave him two changes after throwing the stuff at my face yet he just carry's on so it's his own fault
