Person 1 buys candy bar from store (DLC)
Person 2 wants candy bar
Person 2 grabs candy bar without paying (license transfer)
Both people walk out of store.

That's license transferring in a nutshell. And it's theft.

You're not getting a trial(bite) of the candy bar(DLC), you're getting the whole thing.
