It's pretty simple, it's like Lego. Can't go wrong with a bit of common sense and patience.

After getting help from a few people on TTG the last week including clarky123. I feel as it is pretty easy but getting parts I'm not good at. I helped put my friends Rig together Monday and it wasn't hard at all!
Clark is right it's like a giant lego.

If you know what you are doing then it is very easy.

Well, I took apart my own pc to clean out the dust. Never done it before but it was actually really really easy. I guess before building your new computer I suggest looking at youtube videos, and try taking apart your old computer and putting it back together just for safe keeping practice. Goodluck.

Built mine two or three weeks ago. Hardest part was definitely the cabling, when I built mine I had no experience and learnt from the net (TTG and YT).

It's pretty simple to be honest
If you know what you're doing.
I had to idea on how to build one until I went to college.
In college I built my very first one and only made 1 mistake which was putting the power pin in the wrong bit.
These are some video to help you if you're a building one currently:

I didn't think the cabling was that hard!
20+4 pin to the main board
SATA to the HDD
SATA to the DvD drive
6 pin to the GPU
