try reflashing the coolrunner with new files then if that does not work try resoldering all wires and it that does not work replace.

OP, Have you written your Original Nand and turned Coolrunner to PRG to confirm your console is still working?

im afraid i dont have the original nand because the guy who sold me it said that the original nand was on the hard drive but in actual the original nand on the hard drive is the original glitched nand.

is their anyway to get it from the glitched nand

i found out that this nand is different from the one flashed on the RGH atm (just checked)
just tried flashing it over and turned the coolrunner to PRG and the same thing happend (no boot)

is their a way i can check if the nand is glitched

If its the original Glitch nand it wont work unless the coolrunner is set to NOR.

You can confirm by opening it in autoGG it will say gltich or retail by checking the current SMC.

Do you have any pictures of the install?

yes i added them to the OP
some of the pictures are blury because i couldnt get the camara to focus

Your wires might be the issue, Try putting CPU_rst on the top & move cpu_pll_bypass around and test.

Its likely a interference issue with your wire routing, if that doesnt work you could build a retail nand with J-Runner and test to make sure you dont have a hardware issue.
