RGH Will Not Boot

Hello,
I recently got a Falcon (phat) RGH1. The thing will not boot up into anything, it just sits there with a green light (power button) and the coolrunner chip has a solid red light (from reading about this online, its supposed to be blinking green)
I'm no soldering genius, but I know a couple of people who could probably do the work for me, here are pics of some of the solder joints:

Can u put any clear pictures? Cant see anything but if its not blinking green then it's the soldering that's not done correctly

yea can tell from the pictures there to small but its most likely solder problem cpu reset wire

ok, which color is the cpu reset wire? and I will try to get better pictures soon.

try and do the green wire and also the stby wire that would be the orange one as i see the cpu rst wire seems connected correctly

yea with the new pic cpu reset wire looks good i would try cleaning up orange wire and green wire

the standby clock is what makes the debug light blink so orange wire is my thought

is the solder bonded between the power and ground wire on the coolrunner? on your very last picture in the google pics it kinda looks like it.
