Way easier said than done. Especially if you have a wife or kids to leave behind. You refusing to follow your orders isn't going to save one life. You are going to be killed and someone who will do their job will take your place.

Many people died refusing hitlers commands and respect to them.

At the end of the day everyone has a choice.

I wouldn't say torture him. No one deserves to be tortured. I just think he should be sentenced to jail for the rest of his life with no chance of bail. I think torturing or executing a 90 year old man would be very extreme.

Yes but do you realy think a 92 year old man who is about to die gives a **** about dieing??hes been in WW2 ffs :L:L torture is the best way.

I may sound bad but you people that think he should just get set free sound soft. EX: That's almost like saying hey we just found a person that murdered your whole family he's 98, but we're not going to torture or punish him cause he's old. Just think about it. It's not wrong it's called being treated equally.

I say just put him in prison for the remainder of his life. The death penalty for someone so old really doesn't do anything but take a spot for someone who is younger. He is on the verge of dying most likely, so why waste the time?

No matter how old he is.. he should get a fair trial and a fair punishment for what he did. If the penalty is the death penalty, well that's what happens.

I think what he did was justifiable since it was in the war, don't get me wrong...what they did to the jewish population was horrible, but he was probably forced to do it.
