Who has done it?
How long does it take to learn how to do it?
Whats it like?
Is it addicting?
What is the risk of sleep paralysis and how long does the paralysis last and do you see demons etc?

My friend told me about it and I'm curious

I've done it a couple times, it doesn't take long. All you need to do is train yourself to know when ur asleep. It's basically just a dream that you control, u just shouldnt do it all the time because there are records of people who did it alot and wasn't able to tell real life from a dream. Annnnd I've been through sleep paralysis many times, it just happens, but it's not harmful for your body just kinda sucks, but if it does happen then just try moving your toes and fingers and eventually you'll snap out of it, and yes every once n a while you can see spirits around you, this is because sleep paralysis is when you are awake but your brain is still in a sleep state and when your sleeping your spine shuts down so you don't act out the things in your dreams while sleeping

thanks for the reply bro thats sounds... well kinda cool but not really worth the risks like not being able to tell the difference from real life just sounds scary, my friend told me a guy he knows got sleep paralysis from it one time and seen these like demon things do you remember it when you snap out of it like the spirit/demon things you seen or is it like a dream and you forget about it?

For me I saw like spirits walking around in my hallways with my door open, you can't move or talk and it feels like someone's sitting on your chest

for like 2 months I would constantly try to have lucid dreams and I would about every other night. Eventually I did start to lose grasp on reality, but I caught myself and I would say that lucid dreaming is definitely hellofa experience and you should try it, but don't forget what's real

I would like to experience it but would be scared of getting addicted and losing myself in it :/

I'm pretty sure the whole movie of Inception is based around this topic

Haven't seen it, is it about losing a grip on reality or just lucid dreaming?

It's like about going inside of a dream inside of a dream inside of a dream, it's really confusing you'll just have to watch it.
