Im not sure if this is lucid dreaming but its more of me controlling my dream. Basically i started dreaming and something "clicked" in my mind and i realized that i was actually dreaming, i don't know how i did it but i wish i could always tell the difference. In the dream i was at school in my classroom and once i found out it was a dream i could control EVERYTHING. I could stop the time and make anything appear it was based fully off of my imagination. Probably one of the coolest moments of my life and i wish i could do it again.There are ways to train your brain to determine dreaming from reality though, its really interesting.

I dream lucidly all the time, you can listen to binaurl beats to enhance the lucid dream. You can learn a lot from youtube, thats how i learned.
