It's 'Lil Wayne'. What do you expect? He has the mind of a 10 year old, can't rap, and has no common sense. I'm from the U.K, but that is still disrespectful to just 'stand' on the flag. Although he may not of meant it, he could of avoided it easily...

All of this was intentional. The dude on the ladder blatantly lets go of the flag and Lil Wayne looks at the ground like 10 times. Also when the flag dropped u could see that the flag rubbed against his calf, anyone would have looked to see what the hell just scrapped against him.

How? Look at the person holding the flag on the ladder. Now RIGHT when the music picks up it drops, and there just happens to be a bunch of black people behind the flag lined up. In my opinion it was supposed to happen. However I don't know if lol Wayne meant to step all over the flag, it seems like it though.
