I think DayZ is a pretty amazing game, but it takes a while to get a feel for the controls and actually be able to play good without dying.

I have played at my friends house and its pretty amazing i would say its worth it

Its a great game and very fun with friends but at the moment its just full of hackers so its difficult to actually play for long periods of time.

I would save you're money Dayz standalone got a lot of bad rep.

personally i love the game, alot of people Rip on it because they think its a GAME, Its not a game, Its a MOD for a game. I love the game, if you team up and get really good at with your friends. If you have more friends with you the better and more fun it will be. My final answer is yes i would get the game.

If you're anxious about buying it, wait for the Standalone. It's going to be released very soon (in a month or two I think) and it's going to be a new and improved DayZ. There won't be hardly any hackers and the map is a bit bigger.

I gave up on the standalone. Rocket keeps pushing it back and back...
