The reason you had such a bad experience is prolly cuz you were filled with negative energy. When you are filled with negative energy your spirit revolves around other negative energy's because that's what you attract. You were prolly filled with fear and anxiousness. My first experience was a beautiful and amazing experience.

This is exactly what insidious is based upon, if you have seen it than you would recognize the part I am about to reference. Towards the end of the movie when the father has to travel outside his body and kill the demon when he first encounters 3 or so at a door in the attic of the home.After killing the demons he goes through that door and he is in a different dimension basically and that dimension is the astral plane. But the point is that, that horrible alter dimension he enters is what he is describing. (That play out of the part of the movie might be off a little bit I am going off a memory from more than 6 months ago.)

i must say this is 100% real.
i've learned from experience with this and marijuana.
must amazing feeling in the world though. OBE (outter body experience) to break it down idk if you guys listen to hip hop or smoke but when people say they "Get lifted" or "elevate" or pretty much "High" you literally feel like your in a different dimension. You feel as if your spiritually awaken (check out the movie "Enter The Void" has alot to do with this + life after death)
