title says it all. for eg. waw can handle 15 or 16 hud elements on the screen. but if you put any more some of the hud will flash out.

The limit is 32. So you should be fine, you could of just Google'd it.

Actually no it is not better. I hate all the kids creating a new shader and putting text on the screen that covers up your entire screen.
