I agree with everything except the zero tolerance suggestion and the fact that you say the staff are pretty much non-existent.
If I report someone I can expect their post to be gone within the hour, every time.
It's never taken longer than that, and I really don't see how that's a bad time frame, given how many reports must come in within any given amount of time.

Everyone says some stupid stuff every now and again, a perm ban for it first time wouldn't make sense.

I pretty much agree with what you said. Some of my reasoning behind it is just the stuff I see around here with people taking things to the extreme. I have seen a lot of negativity in the XB1/PS4 Section's with the new consoles coming out. This site is pretty much Pro-XB1 which is cool but people try to force that down other people's throat which I find unacceptable. I have attempted to report the post and such but it didn't do anything for me because the post was still there and they attempted to continue arguing with me. It's whatever now because I avoid those places but I just thought that with some extra rules and such it would make sections like those more tolerable.

I feel for this guy. I thumbed down 2 posts from the same user and the user PMed me and asked me why I thumbed down the posts. I told the user that I didn't feel comfortable telling the user the reason and I eventually told the user the reason and the user got really mad and I told this user that is why I didn't want to tell you.

This post should have been put in the rant but other than that I couldn't Agree more on the people, but the staff doesn't have enough time to be looking at every post all day, they do there best to take off pointless posts though
