There's always a chance of getting banned when you do modding of any sort. Highly unlikely though. Odds are you will just get banned from their servers on that account.

Can anyone tell me why whenever I sign into the account on the second controller (for the step were you go into a pup game, spawn in, and sign in the 3 accounts) It signs me out on my main account.

Have you changed the profile IDs of the offline profiles?
