You say you've done nothing wrong to get console banned? Microsoft does not give out console bans for no reason. You've been banned for a reason. A "couple", of lobbies counts as going against there Code of Conduct. If you think its stupid then I would recommend you not buying another Xbox 360, if your going to mod or go into modded lobbies.

It would be better off not trying to contact them about your permanent console ban suspension. They don't give you note of why you were banned which is dumb, but you can go to there forums on Xbox.com and ask them why you were banned. The XBLPET team will answer you, and make you look dumb as why you were banned. They'll just give you information just like an account suspension.

I would recommend exploiting your console and unbanning it.
