Ok well what i mean to say is it legit, and not just an edited version of EXBLS because people are posting proof of its saying Project vapor fully stealthed! or whatever but someone can easily edit that to make it say the so is it really run on a server in the US and for those who didn`t have any luck with EXBLS are you able to connect with vapor?

I personally have not used it as exbls works perfectly for me (lucky I guess?) but from what I've read it is legit yet some people have connection issues similar to those that plague certain users of exbls

yeah thats whati heard but i read the read me and it said they just edited the EXBLS files

According to the thread he edited it to connect to his own server rather than that of the official exbls server. That being said how he got access to the server files to run on his own server is somewhat a mystery

which is why im not sure if its legit or not to me it just seems he pretty much just edited the welcome text
