If you get a Dual nand Jtag you can use the Jtag then if you want to go online and use it normally you can move the switch to the normal xbox and play on the retail nand and play online (You won't be able to use xex menu when on the retail nand and you won't be able to infect yourself either)

You could purchase a dual nand console, this allows you to switch between retail and a RGH nand

Also you're probably better off waiting for the Xbox one if you're getting it, you will save 180 or however much the RGH's cost

I feel like I should know this but if your RGH nand gets banned does your retail?

No one will knows as of yet but there will be people doing loads of work to find if it is exploitable.
