There used to be a shop were i live that gave out games a few days early to a selected few people should we say don't know if they're doing it with GTA yet.

well i believe i wont get band from what iv seen but me and my friend will do a video as soon as i get home with it of the unboxing and the starting up of the game :coffee:

i would assume yes. maybe not if you play a day early. just play singleplayer not connected to live

No I do not reckon you will get banned from playing it early if its a legit copy that got sent to you earlier than it should of from a retailer. As that is not your fault and you can't be expected to get a game as highly anticipated as GTA V and just leave it sitting there till release day. Plus you won't get banned if you stay signed out of your account (you can only go on single player anyway)

I get all my games early mw2- 4days mw3- 2weeks and black ops 2 was about 1/2weeks and im still on xbox live

I have played a lot of games early with the recent ones being SR4 and madden 25. I have not even been issued a warning. Just dont go advertising about it and you ill be fine. Im getting in on the 12th

if you play with an offline account you will be absolutely fine but I have a feeling that if you just go offline whilst playing, they will pick up your achievements when you go back online and take action.
